Mr. Anil Varma[Founder and Managing Director]

He is one of the founding members of APAC Group. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He qualified in the year 1996. He has done his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University. Before coming into practice he had worked with various organisations like FITZEE, Advance Group of Companies, etc. He has immense experience over 20 years in the field of finance and profession.

Specialisation and Expertise:

• Statutory audit of companies –

  He is involved in the audit of major corporate in industries such as education, real estate, infrastructure, chemicals, software etc.

• Internal audit of corporate companies

  Advising a listed company on financial and internal control systems. Assisting companies in preparing and submitting bank loan and other funding proposals. Merger of unlisted companies into listed/unlisted company from value consolidation perspective. Advising companies and individuals on tax matters and representing before Revenue authorities. Advisory to Listed Companies on Financial & Internal Control System Independently handled business valuations and share valuation for number of Multinational Companies and Listed companies. He looks after the entire range of practice relating to Project Financing, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Proprietary Audits, Accounting, Taxation and Regulatory for corporate and Company law matters.

Ms. Swati Kapoor [Head of Taxation & Audit Department]

She is with APAC Group since its inception. She is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She has done Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University. She has 5 years of experience in field of finance. Having precise knowledge and working experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Compliance Procedures, and Expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation matters. She is actively engaged and handling client communications. She ensures that the client apprehensions and queries are effectively addressed. She has been a brilliant academic record with honours’ degrees in Commerce.

Ms. Shipra Khitha [Head, Compliance Department]

She has been with APAC since its inception. She is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India. She has done Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University. She is having experience in the field of administration of company particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement and for ensuring that the decisions are implemented by board of directors of the company.

Ms. Riya Jain [Head, Secretarial Department]

She has been working with APAC since 2014 as head of Secretarial department. She is also an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India having experience in the field of Secretarial Audit, Incorporation, Corporate Law Compliance, Due Diligence and other Corporate Law Matters. She is having experience in handling Legal, Secretarial & Corporate affairs matters for Trading, Manufacturing and Service Sector Industries.
